1. Service Description

PDFEditor is an online PDF editing platform that allows you to edit, annotate, sign, merge, split, rotate, compress, and convert PDF documents. Most operations are performed entirely within your web browser using client-side processing, meaning your files are not uploaded to our servers during standard editing tasks. Certain features, such as PDF compression and unlocking, may require temporary server-side processing.

2. Account and Subscription

To access premium features, you must create an account and subscribe to one of our paid plans. Subscriptions are managed and billed through LemonSqueezy, our third-party payment processor.

• Free Usage: New users get 2 free operations after signing up. After that, a Pro subscription is required to continue using the tools.
• Billing: You authorize LemonSqueezy to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly, depending on your selected plan).
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload, process, or distribute any content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringing on the rights of others.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Service.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the Service without our prior written consent.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and design, are the exclusive property of Bestami Caner Kınalı and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain full ownership of any documents you upload or create using the Service.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bestami Caner Kınalı shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
